Overview

Senior League is a season-long individual competition open to members and non-members. Players will compete in weekly 18-hole rounds of golf with different games each week.

Weekly Tee Times: 7:00 AM – 10:50 AM every week

Weekly Prizing

Prizes for the weekly game will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place
Every participant is eligible for proximity prizes and draw prizes

Special Shotgun Starts:

June 23 – 8:00 am 9-hole Shotgun
August 11 – 8:00 am 9-hole Shotgun
September 15 – Senior Windup – 18-hole shotgun
Registration for these events will open on April 20, 2026

Eligibility:

Open to Members and Non-Members
Must be over the age of 50 to enter

If you’re looking for a fun activity to enjoy the fresh air and great company this summer, join our Ladies’ League! No experience? No problem! All swings are welcome.

Ladies’ League is a season-long individual and team competition open to both members and non-members. Players will compete in weekly 9-hole rounds of golf with different entertaining games each week.

Weekly Tee Times: 4:00 PM – 6:30 PM every week

Weekly Prizing

Prizes for the weekly game will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place

An optional 50/50 draw is available each week

Themed Shotgun Starts:

There will be 4 themed shotgun nights operating in a scramble format for a touch of extra fun and involvement. Sarah Strauss and The Place To Mortgage proudly sponsor these events.

Men’s League is a season-long team-based competition open to both members and non-members (18+). Players compete in weekly 9-hole individual match play, earning points for their team by winning holes and matches.

End Date: September 17, 2026
Weekly Tee Times: 6:00 PM Shotgun
Exceptions: September 10 & 17, 5:00 PM Shotgun
Playoffs: 3-week single knockout bracket

Team Format

Minimum of 8 players per team
6 players compete each week against another team
Points contribute to the team’s overall season leaderboard standing
Individual match winners receive one drink token redeemable at Divots

2026 Central Alberta Interclub

Registration Links will open on April 20, 2026

The Central Alberta Interclub returns for the 2026 season and gives Innisfail Golf Club members a chance to represent IGC while playing some of the top golf courses in Central Alberta. This five-event series brings clubs together in a team-based format where you can compete, meet other golfers in the region, and enjoy a strong day of golf in a setting that balances competition and fun. Each event is played in a Pro-Am format, with teams made up of one PGA professional and three amateurs, competing in both individual and team results using gross scores and net par points.

Format & Scoring

Each team plays 18 holes, with scoring that includes:

Individual gross scores
Individual net par points
Team net par point total (best 3-2-1 format over 18 holes)
Each player will receive a full handicap (max 36 for men, 40 for ladies)
A valid Golf Canada Handicap is required to participate

Entry Fee

$100 per player, payable in cash to the team professional on the day of the event
This fee includes green fees, cart, meal, and prize opportunities

Who Can Play?

Open to IGC members
Teams are filled on a first-come, first-served basis
